Facilitated Movement Sessions with Embodied Healing

Movement Therapy 1:1 In-Person Sessions

Movement Therapy sessions are only available as 1:1 and in-person..

Sessions are holistic and bespoke to the clients needs. The sessions could be useful for you if you are

  • rehabilitating after illness/injury, have mobility issues
  • have chronic pain. 
  • stress or urge incontinence worries which may linked to pelvic floor weakness.


Private 1-1 sessions are ideal if you’re looking for a tailored session, or sessions, to meet your needs specifically. I will use my knowledge of yoga, trauma yoga, Pilates and pelvic floor health to create sessions which offer space to work through your individual requirements.  


I have worked with those who are rehabilitating from injury, long term illness, surgery, mobility issues and pelvic health dysfunction.

Clients have fed back that they have felt improvements in the connection between their mind & body, the balance within their body and pelvic floor health improvements.

Facilitated Trauma Sensitive Yoga 1:1 Sessions

TCTSY 1:1 In-Person Sessions


What to expect if you choose to come to an in-person TCTSY session.

  • You won’t need any prior yoga experience
  • You are welcome to wear clothing that feels comfortable for you
  • You have a choice to sit or stand and to use a mat or a chair
  • Mats, chairs etc will be provided.  However, you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you would prefer
  • I will stay on my mat throughout the session so you will always know where I am.
  • You will not be expected to discuss your trauma memories during these sessions.  However, you may wish to talk through your movement work and so linking with a talk therapist while engaged in TCTSY work is encouraged.



TCTSY 1:1 Online Sessions


TCTSY facilitators are required to agree and adhere to ethical guidelines, or as we call them, Ways of Being. 

What to expect if you choose to come to an online TCTSY session.

  • You won’t need any prior yoga experience
  • You are welcome to wear clothing that feels comfortable for you
  • You have a choice to sit or stand, and to use a mat or a chair
  • You will not be expected to discuss your trauma memories during these sessions.  However, you may wish to talk through you movement work and so linking with a talk therapist while engaged in TCTSY work is encouraged.
  • It is your choice whether you have your camera on or off.


TCTSY GROUP Sessions -

TCTSY Group Sessions  are available both in person and online can be arranged by appointment.

Group sessions can be tailored with regard to duration and location, according to client need. For example institutions, companies or charities may wish to contact me to facilitate sessions to a small group at your venue. Please feel free to contact me to discuss further.

Please Note:

TCTSY would not be suggested for you at the moment if you are in crisis.  

It is advised to delay attending TCTSY sessions if you have

  • been hospitalised within the last 6 months for trauma-related issues
  • have had a trauma crisis e.g. a traumatic event, self-harming, suicide attempt in the last 3 months.
