Privacy Policy

No information regarding a client will be shared or distributed. 

Exceptions

Under the following conditions it may be necessary to disclose information pertaining to a client:

• If in Jenny’s judgement a client poses a risk of harm to themselves or to others.
• If appropriate & only after seeking consent from the client, it is felt necessary to consult with a treating physician, therapist, other care provider, social services or the police.

Jenny will be involved in peer reflection and support where a client may be discussed to best support the client and Jenny. In these instances all references to a client will be anonymised.

All clients are asked to give contact details for their primary physician &/or their primary therapist/care provider.
