Fees and cancellations/rearrangements

Cancellations and Re-arranging your Appointment . If you are unable to keep or need to change your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the full fee will remain due and payable. You will be given as much notice as possible if I am unable to keep an appointment and you will be offered an alternative. You will also be given as much notice as possible of any planned holiday time.
