Movement therapy - personalised to you. Being present with your body, noticing and making mind-body connections as you move. This can help retrain movement patterns to enhance physical and emotional well-being on your path to embodied healing.
I offer holistic mind and body work through Movement Therapies for those recovering from injury, illness or pelvic floor dysfunction through the Adore Your Pelvic Floor programme. I also can offer personalised sessions including Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga which offers a clinical intervention for survivors of complex trauma or complex PTSD.
What I offer may resonate with you if you have suffered with chronic pain, stress, issues with your pelvic floor health, or if you are aware that relational trauma has and still is impacting your life and health.
I believe in a person-centred approach where we work collaboratively towards embodiment (being with your body). We can do this by talking together and making a bespoke plan drawing from any of my training.
Please read on for further details on these therapies.
You are also welcome to contact me with any questions or enquiries.
A 15-20 min, free, no-obligation consultation is offered prior to booking via call or online. This chat provides us with the opportunity to work out together what type of movement work will benefit you and plan around that. It also provides an opportunity to ask questions and for you to work out if what is being offered is useful for you.
If you wish to book without the call click bookings below.

TCTSY is a research based, clinical intervention to support anyone with complex trauma and chronic, treatment resistant complex PTSD.
Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) uses yoga based movements to create real-time experience of being present in your body, noticing, and empowering you through offering opportunities to take control and choose what you do with your own body.
How to know if TCTSY might be useful for you?
Below are some symptoms of complex trauma you may recognise or relate to.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga helps you learn to recognise and tolerate physical sensations, in order to begin to help you regain a feeling of safety inside your body. As awareness and sensations within your body become more familiar, the less frightening they can become.
TCTSY can be used as a stand alone intervention but it is encouraged to be used in conjunction with other talk therapies.
